# Ryan Dobbeck

> Personal trainer and strength coach in South Loop Chicago, working in-person and remote with men 30 to 45 who want to get strong and lean without feeling wrecked. Custom programming across strength, CrossFit, calisthenics, and mobility, delivered through CoachRx.

Ryan runs Dobbeck Training Systems (DTS). The site is the front door for three things: booking 1:1 sessions (in-person or remote), buying a self-directed weekly program, and joining the free community events (Run Club, Calisthenics Workshops, Swim Club). All booking flows through Cal.com under the `dobbeck-training-systems` handle. The intake form for online coaching is on Tally. Programs and storefront subscriptions run through CoachRx.
