❓ Frequently Asked QuestionsHow many days per week will I train?Most clients train 3–5 days per week, depending on your schedule, goals, and equipment. I’ll build the plan around your lifestyle.

Do I need access to a CrossFit gym?
No. Programming can be tailored for full gym access, home setups, or hybrid training. If you only have dumbbells and a pull-up bar, we can still make it work.

What if I’m new to CrossFit or strength training?
No problem. I scale movements, progressions, and loads to your level. Every workout is adjusted to meet you where you are now and push you forward safely.

Is nutrition included?
Yes. You’ll get nutrition and recovery guidelines that match your training plan, plus accountability during check-ins. I don’t prescribe strict meal plans — instead, I give you sustainable strategies you can actually stick with.

What happens on the weekly check-in calls?
We’ll spend 20 minutes reviewing your past week, adjusting your training, troubleshooting nutrition/recovery, and setting clear goals for the week ahead. These calls keep you accountable and progressing.

How do video reviews work?
Each week, you can submit up to 5 training videos (Olympic lifts, gymnastics, squats, etc.). I’ll break down your technique and give you clear cues + drills to fix weaknesses.

What’s the cancellation policy?
It’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts.

Do I need special software?
No. You’ll access your program, video feedback, and messaging inside CoachRx (simple app for iOS, Android, and desktop).

What if I travel or get busy?
Your program adapts with you. We’ll adjust for hotel gyms, limited time, or changing schedules so you stay consistent.
