Training & LocationWhere do we train in person?
I primarily serve the South Loop and surrounding Chicago neighborhoods. We can train at your residential gym, a local private facility, or I can come to you for in-home sessions.
How many days per week will I train?
Most clients train 3–5 days per week. For in-person clients, we typically meet 1–3 times weekly, with "homework" and recovery sessions programmed via the app for your off-days.
What if I travel or get busy?
Your program is as mobile as you are. If you’re traveling, I’ll swap your in-person session for a "Hotel/Travel" workout in the app so you never lose momentum.

What if I’m new or have a specific condition (like pregnancy)?
No problem. I specialize in scaling movements for everyone from beginners to D1 athletes. I have extensive experience with pre/post-natal training and injury rehab, ensuring you stay strong and safe during any life stage.
Do I need access to a CrossFit gym?
No. Programming is tailored to your environment—whether that’s a full commercial gym, a residential setup, or just a pair of dumbbells in your living room.

Support & AccountabilityWhat happens on the weekly check-in calls?
We spend 20 minutes reviewing your past week, adjusting your plan, and troubleshooting hurdles. For local clients, these performance reviews often happen during our face-to-face sessions.
How do video reviews work?
Each week, you can submit up to 5 training videos via the app (Olympic lifts, gymnastics, squats, etc.). I’ll break down your technique and give you clear cues and drills to fix any mechanical weaknesses.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. You’ll get nutrition and recovery guidelines that match your training volume. I don’t do "strict meal plans"; instead, I provide sustainable strategies you can actually stick with.

Policies & TechDo I need special software?
No. You’ll access your program, video feedback, and messaging inside CoachRx (a simple app for iOS, Android, and desktop).
What’s the cancellation policy?
Online Coaching: Month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
In-Person Sessions: I require 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a face-to-face session.
